Kiley Owens brings nearly two decades of experience in education, hospitality, management, and customer service to Cavalry Disaster Advocates. She earned an associate degree in Early Childhood Education from Yuba College and spent ten years as a preschool teacher before building a nine-year career in the wine industry, advancing from Event Coordinator to Tasting Room Manager and ultimately Associate Winemaker.
As a licensed California Public Adjuster and member of Cavalry’s Outreach Team, Kiley serves as an initial point of contact for property owners affected by wildfires. She coordinates initial claim reviews with Cavalry’s experienced adjusting team and works to make the intake process clear, approachable, and manageable.
After supporting a close family member through the loss of two homes in separate fires, Kiley understands how difficult the recovery process can be. She considers it a privilege to connect property owners with knowledgeable, dependable assistance as they move forward.
