Cavalry’s approach is to give your insurance company an opportunity to do the right thing, and only step in when they don’t. We wait for at least six months after a wildfire disaster, and then begin offering our help to anyone who is struggling to navigate the world of insurance, or has not received the benefits they thought they were entitled to.

Yes.  Insurance companies pay what they feel is “fair”.  However they often fail to investigate deep enough to properly know the fullness of your loss. In the case of larger wildfire disasters this is even more of an issue because there are so many claims being filed at the same time. It is for this reason that your settlement is negotiable.
